The food is amazing. I’ve been here four times and the food hits every time I go. The service is also amazing and the owner is pretty cool as well. We literally just coming through granbury for work looking for breakfast and this place hits the spot everytime. Would recommend anyone to come here if your driving through or staying in granbury
Baked absolutely delivers. I stopped in for lunch and had the roast beef sandwich, and for a brief moment I forgot where I was and felt like I’d wandered into a great Southern California café—the kind with good bread, proper portions, and zero regrets. Outstanding sandwich. The space is bright and welcoming, with big windows and plants that make you feel healthier just by sitting near them. The staff was genuinely friendly (not the scripted kind), the coffee was hot and comforting, and the brownie was warm, rich, and exactly what it should be after you tell yourself you’re “just here for lunch.” At lunchtime it was buzzing with relaxed, happy people who clearly know a good spot when they find one—which is usually a very good sign. Great food, great atmosphere, and a place I’ll gladly return to. Highly recommend.
So many delicious sourdough options to choose from both savory and sweet! Was thankful they made the accommodation to switch the bacon for turkey ham in the breakfast sandwich for me as I don’t eat pork products. I took a whole box of other sweet bake goods home with me and enjoyed every one of them.
I’ve been to Granbury many times but never out to breakfast. I came back for a weekend getaway with my husband. Found this place while searching online for a good breakfast spot. This bakery and coffee shop did not disappoint one bit. We arrived at 9 AM on a Saturday and there were still plenty of options of pastries to choose from but the line to the door did grow as time passed. The service was great. There was a Huge variety of pastries, it was hard to choose just a few. The cinnamon roll French toast was out of this world!!!! The Baja croissant sandwich was also great. I also really enjoyed my vanilla lavender. London fog. I especially enjoyed the Christian worship music in the background. Staff were friendly and prompt, could tell they were all working hard. We do not live far and will definitely be back!!!
Those morning buns and almond croissants are heavenly… This place is such a little treat, and I’m so lucky to live near both of the locations! Nothing is better than a trip to the nursery and baked on a beautiful spring day 😍 Their lattes are delicious, and everyone is so friendly. My son and I go often ❤️
I had the most amazing Saturday morning at Baked Bread and Pastry Co. before heading back to Dallas, and wow—this place is truly something special. The pastries and food are to die for. I had the Baja sandwich with folded eggs, bacon, and greens, and it was absolutely incredible. The cinnamon rolls and seasonal pop tarts were pure perfection—every bite felt thoughtfully made. The chai tea latte was also great, but what really elevated the experience was the service. The staff are so sweet, kind, and genuinely welcoming. I also had the chance to meet one of the owners—the daughter, who co-owns the business with her mother. Hearing about their mother-daughter journey and how they built this place together made the experience even more meaningful and memorable. If you’re ever in Granbury, Texas, do yourself a favor and stop by. Come hungry, leave happy, and don’t skip the pastries. 🤍
Came on a rainy cold day. Inside was a bit crowded as a result. There is plenty of outdoor seating for when the weather is nice! Cappuccino and turkey bacon avocado sandwich were great. Got a box of bakes to take home and try later!
The snickerdoodle coffee with almond milk is top-notch… But their chai is where it is at!! I love that they have gluten-free options when it comes to bread and baked good as well, that feels hard to find nowadays. The coffee cake that is gluten-free is amazing… Be prepared to either get two servings out of it or share with a friend! We’ll definitely be back, be prepared during peak times like 9:30 in the morning to either have no room left to sit or standing room until people are done. Everyone there is so friendly!!
I went in this morning for the first time. I ordered an Avocado toast, for my neighbor who is on bed rest and the now famous champagne pop tart. Everything was delicious!! The staff was welcoming and I noticed attentive to the environment and customers. There was a nice mix of friendly chats, families and those working remotely enjoying the seating area. It is engaging to be able to see the kitchen staff prepping food through the oversized windows between the storefront and the back. Can’t wait to go back and try one of the homemade bagels.
This place is so cute! We got the chef salad, the “What the Focaccia” chicken sandwich, a ganache brownie, and a dirty chai tea latte — everything was delicious. The portions were huge; we ended up taking home half the salad and half the sandwich. The bathroom was clean, and the dining room had a really nice ambiance. Want to try their cute patio section next time. We’ll definitely be back!
